Licensed characters: what you should know
We cannot (yet) reproduce characters protected by Marvel, Disney, Pixar, Harry Potter or other trademark licences: we do not hold the rights. If your request mentions one of these universes, our team will create a character visually similar to and inspired by the desired universe, without using the official graphic elements (logos, exact costumes, emblematic accessories).

Not sure about your choice?
A change of style can be considered before printing. Depending on how far along the book is and the work already done, this request may be a paid modification; any cost is always communicated to you before the work is done. Before printing, you receive your book as a proof: nothing is printed without your approval.

Your book is never set in stone
Before anything is printed, you receive a proof to read through at your own pace. A detail to adjust? That is what it is for. If the mistake comes from us (a typo, a wrong first name, a brief not followed), the correction is free. For other requests, a contribution applies depending on the scope - always announced clearly, and never without your approval.
