Your questions about the personalised Hanukkah gift
Until when can I order to receive the book before Hanukkah?+
Allow 7 to 10 working days between the order and delivery in France: writing the story, the proof, printing and dispatch. For a book received before the first candle (Friday 4 December 2026), order by 19-20 November at the latest. For delivery during the festival, the last window is 27 November. After that, the digital book and the gift card take over - both can be given that same evening.
Does the book exist in Hebrew?+
Yes. We print in 10 languages, including Hebrew. It is even one of our most beautiful Hanukkah gifts: the same book, in French for the children, in Hebrew for the grandmother. Everyone reads the same story, in their own language.
How does the game of the 8 candles work?+
From 4 to 11 December 2026, a candle is lit every evening on this page and reveals a different treat: digital book, boosted gift card, free shipping... Each offer is valid until midnight, each evening stands alone, and nothing is visible in advance. The eighth candle is a prize draw: a Prestige book offered among all entrants, winner announced on Sunday 13 December.
Too late for the printed book? What can be given that same evening?+
Two instant gifts: the digital book, available as soon as the proof is approved and perfect to read on the evening of the lighting, and the gift card, sent by email in an instant, valid for 12 months, with which your loved one creates their book whenever they wish.

If you wish, yes. The story is written to measure from your guidance: the lights of the festival, family evenings, Hanukkah doughnuts, or simply the memories dear to you. Hanukkah is one of the occasions offered in our configurator - the story remains yours.
