What are the creation and delivery times?
Once your order is placed, the personalized creation of the book takes 2 working days.
From the moment your order is confirmed, delivery takes a maximum of 5 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?
First check your spam or junk mail.
If you still can't find anything after 10 minutes, please contact us via the contact form or at [email protected] with the name you used when ordering.
We will resend your confirmation to you shortly.
Can I see a preview of the book before printing?
Yes !
Before printing, you'll receive a digital preview of the complete book for approval. This allows you to check names, faces, and personalized content before going to print.
Can you give a book to several children?
Yes, absolutely!
You can create a story with multiple children as the protagonists. Simply enter each child's first name and description when customizing.
You can also upload each child's photo and create a personalized version of the story for each of them.

Each format is printed on thick, quality paper, with a weight and finish carefully chosen to suit the age of the children and the intended use (frequent reading, gift, souvenir, etc.).
