How exactly does the Digital format work?+
After your order is confirmed, our creative team writes your personalised story and lays it out with the chosen illustrations. You then receive by email a secure link to your digital book, accessible from any web browser. The book appears as a 3D flipbook with pages that turn like in a physical book. You can also download the high-definition PDF to keep offline.
How long until I receive my Digital format?+
The standard lead time is 24 to 48 hours between payment confirmation and receiving the link by email. For very urgent orders, do not hesitate to contact us on WhatsApp - we can sometimes speed up the process for exceptional situations. The Digital format is our fastest format to deliver.
Can I order a physical version in addition to the Digital?+
Yes, it is a frequent request. Many customers order a physical format (Elegant, Noble or Prestige) and then add the Premium Pack, which includes the Digital format as an extra. That way you get the best of both worlds: the physical object to give, and the digital version to share easily with others.
Can the Digital format be printed?+
Yes. The PDF you receive is high-definition and optimised for printing. However, printing at home on a standard printer will never match the rendering of a book made by a professional printer (paper, binding, finish). If you want a physical object, we recommend ordering one of our printed formats directly, made in France to editorial standards.
Is the digital book accessible to visually impaired readers?+
The interactive PDF includes basic accessibility features: zoom on the illustrations, text enlargement, full-screen reading mode. For readers with specific needs (visual impairment, dyslexia), we are working on advanced accessibility options (high contrast, audio narration, adapted typefaces). Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss a specific adaptation.
How long until I receive my book?+
Allow 5 to 7 working days in mainland France for the Elegant and Noble formats, 7 to 12 days for the Prestige (its artisanal production takes longer), and just a few minutes for the Digital format, delivered by email. For Europe and international destinations, add 3 to 10 days depending on the zone.
Is the story written by artificial intelligence?+
We combine the power of AI with systematic human proofreading. Every text is checked, adjusted, laid out and approved by our team before printing. You get the guarantee of a rendering that is consistent, accurate, and true to your intention.
Can I see a proof before printing?+
Yes! For all physical formats, we send you a PDF proof before printing. You can request free corrections for any mistake on our side (spelling of the first name, eye colour, family relationship, and so on). Printing only starts once you have approved the proof.
Can my child's first name really appear everywhere?+
Yes. The hero's first name is woven into the title, onto the cover, into the dialogue and into the narration of every page. The hero is your child, and that is what makes reading so magical: children recognise themselves immediately.
How many supporting characters can I add?+
1 supporting character is included as standard alongside the hero (brother, sister, parent, family pet...). With the Premium Pack you can add up to 4. Beyond that we charge a small supplement per character, but we stay flexible: if the story holds together, we adapt.
How does payment work? Is it secure?+
Payment is 100% secure through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal accepted). No banking details are ever stored with us. You immediately receive a confirmation email with a link to your customer area to follow the creation of your book.
Can I add a personal dedication?+
Yes. The dedication is included with the Essential and Premium Packs. Without a pack, you can add it for just EUR 5.90. You choose the text and the signature (Dad, Mum, Grandma...), and we set it on a beautiful opening page.
What if I am not happy with the result?+
Our commitment: if a mistake comes from our side (spelling, inconsistent illustration, and so on), we correct and reprint free of charge. A change request that does not stem from a mistake of ours falls under our modification policy, and its cost is communicated to you before any work is done.
