Return and Refund Policy

Personalized products: no right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , personalized books created to measure for each customer are neither exchangeable nor refundable , except in the event of a manufacturing defect or proven material damage.

Each copy is printed on demand, according to the information provided and validated by the customer. They must be handled with care upon receipt . No return, exchange or compensation will be granted if the product has been damaged after receipt due to improper or rough handling , incompatible with the delicate nature of the printed object.

Validation of the BAT (Good to Print)

Before printing, a BAT (Good to Print) is systematically offered to the customer:

  • If the customer validates the BAT, the order is considered definitively approved .
  • If there is no response within 24 hours , the BAT is automatically considered validated , and the order goes into production.

Request for modification after BAT

If a client wishes to request a modification after validation of the BAT, he will be redirected to a specific request form in order to clearly explain the desired changes.

Our team will analyze the request within a maximum of 24 working hours and determine whether it:

  • falls within the scope of our commitments (e.g.: compliance with the initial brief or obvious error),
  • or constitutes a new customization request not covered by the initial conditions.

If accepted, the adjustments will be specified via email or message. If rejected, the validated version of the BAT will prevail. No automatic changes are applied without our validation.

Returns accepted: in case of defects or damage

A return or refund is only possible in the following cases:

  • the package arrived damaged , affecting the integrity of the book (visible shock, damaged book),
  • the book has an obvious manufacturing defect (missing pages, incomplete printing, defective binding, etc.).

In these cases, the customer has 15 days following receipt of the package to make a complaint by email to the following address: [email protected]

The request must include:

  • a photo of the defect or damage suffered,
  • the order number ,
  • the book reference ,
  • the first and last name used when ordering,
  • the email address used during purchase.

After investigation, if the defect is confirmed, we will offer to return an identical copy free of charge or, exceptionally, a partial or total refund .

No physical return required

Due to the personalized and unique nature of our books, we do not require the return of damaged books . The book remains the property of the customer, even if a claim is accepted.

Digital gift cards

Gift cards are digital products that are activated immediately upon purchase. They are sent by email to the recipient and contain a unique code, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable , even in the event of non-use, loss or error in the email address entered.
  • They can be combined with other discounts (e.g. promotions or newsletter subscription).
  • The code is personal, confidential and non-transferable. No returns or duplicates will be made.
