Is my data really deleted?
Absolutely! All data is automatically deleted after 90 days, or immediately on request. In the case of subscriptions, data is retained only for the duration of the service.
What happens if I want to order a similar book later?
If you wish to place a new order after your data has been deleted, simply upload your photos and information again. For added convenience, you can also opt for a subscription that will retain your data for the duration of the service.
Can I modify my book after I've ordered it?
When you validate the file before sending it to print, you'll have the opportunity to examine and modify your book. At this stage, you'll be able to make changes if necessary, although any text or visual modifications will be subject to a charge. Once your approval has been received, the book will be sent to production.
Do you sell my photos to third parties?
No way! We never share or sell your data. They remain strictly confidential and are only used to create your personalized book.
Are you using my data to train your AI?
No, unlike many companies, we never use your photos or personal data to train our AI models. Your content remains strictly private and is only used to create your personalized book. Our learning process is based on themes and narrative structures taken from our stories, but systematically replacing all personal elements (first names, ages, places) with fictitious data. In this way, we perfect our technology while guaranteeing absolute protection of your privacy.

What is the quality of the book?
We offer 5 different types of media (4 physical and 1 digital). The paper media are printed in France. How do I know that my data has been deleted?
