Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not convertible into cash.

The code is personal, confidential, for one-time use only, and cannot be transferred to a third party. CONTE DE FAITS cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, address error or non-use. An automatic reminder is sent halfway through the validity period if the card has not yet been used.
