Orders, deadlines, production
When will I receive my book?
Our books are made to order within 5 business days and then shipped according to the delivery method chosen. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery in mainland France.
Can I order multiple books at once?
Yes, you can create multiple different books or order multiple copies of the same book.
My book still hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Check the order date, manufacturing time (5 business days), and shipping. If the time exceeds 12 business days, contact us with your order number.
What times are orders processed?
All orders, requests, and exchanges are processed Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Metropolitan France time), excluding public holidays. Outside of these time slots, we respond as soon as we return. In the event of exceptional closures (e.g., holidays), the information is posted on the website.

Can I modify an order that has already been validated?
Until the BAT is validated, you can contact us for a modification. After validation, no modifications will be possible.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout the European Union, with delivery costs adjusted according to the destination country.
Personalization, BAT and book content
Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes, a BAT (Good to Print) is sent to you before each print. It must be validated before production begins.
How to choose the right photos to send?
Choose a clear, bright, front-on photo, without filters or anything distracting in front of your face. Avoid group photos that are blurry or poorly framed.
How long do I have to validate the BAT?
You have 24 hours to validate or modify your BAT. If you do not receive a response, it will be automatically validated to avoid delaying production.
Can I add multiple children to the same story?
It depends on the book you choose. Some are designed for one child, while others can accommodate two or three. This will be specified during the personalization process.

Can I choose the illustrations?
Illustrations are generated from the photos and information you provide. You don't choose the final image, but you can contact us if an illustration isn't right for you.
Can I write the story myself?
No, but you can customize many elements (names, places, objects, anecdotes). The story is then automatically generated to fit.
Returns, Refunds and Claims
Can I withdraw after purchase?
No. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized books are neither exchangeable nor refundable except in the event of a defect.
What happens if I don't respond to the BAT?
It is automatically considered validated after 24 hours, to guarantee an optimal manufacturing time.
What should I do if my book is damaged?
Send us an email with a photo of the defect, your order number, the name used, and the email address of purchase. If the defect is confirmed, a new copy will be sent free of charge.

I made a mistake in a first name, can I correct it?
Should I return the defective book?
No. If your claim is accepted, you keep the book you received. No physical return is required.
Legal and technical questions
Can I reuse the text or images from my book elsewhere (social media, blog, personal printing, etc.)?
You have every right to share or print your book for strictly personal or family use. However, commercial, public, or editorial reuse (even partial) of the content (illustrations, texts, layout) is prohibited without our written consent. The book is personalized for you, but the design, illustrations, and texts remain protected by copyright.
How is intellectual property protected?
All content (text, visuals, AI, code) is protected. Any reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

Which court should I contact in the event of a dispute?
The Paris Commercial Court has jurisdiction, except in the event of prior amicable resolution.
Do you use cookies?
Yes, for technical and statistical purposes only. You can refuse or manage them via the banner provided for this purpose.
