What are the creation and delivery times?
Once your order has been placed, the personalized creation of the book takes 2 working days.
From the moment the order is validated, delivery takes a maximum of 5 working days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation e-mail?
First, check your spam or junk mail.
If you still can't find what you're looking for after 10 minutes, please contact us via the contact form or at the following address [email protected] with the name used when ordering.
We will send you your confirmation as soon as possible.
Can I see a preview of the book before printing?
Yes !
Before printing, you'll receive a digital preview of the complete book for validation. This allows you to check first names, faces and personalized content before going to print.
Can you give a book to several children?
Yes, that's right!
You can create a story in which several children are the heroes. All you have to do is enter the first names and descriptions of each child when you personalize the story.
You can also upload each child's photo and create a personalized version of the story for each child.

We offer 4 levels of finish to suit all occasions: Accessible, Elegant, Noble and Prestigious
Each format is printed on thick, quality paper, with weights and finishes carefully chosen to suit the age of the children and the intended use (frequent reading, gift, souvenir, etc.).
