Lead times
Each Conte de Faits book is tailor-made, based on the information you send us via our online form. The layout, texts and illustrations are fully customized to create a unique work of art.
The average creation times are as follows:
- Digital format (high-definition PDF) 1 to 3 working days
- Printed format (paper book) 5 to 7 working days before dispatch
Shipping method
All our printed books are shipped exclusively by Colissimo, in France and abroad. Delivery is made directly to the home address indicated at the time of ordering.
As soon as your book is printed and shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your Colissimo tracking link to track your parcel in real time.
Delivery charges
Prices are calculated in real time according to Colissimo's official price list and are updated automatically. The amount depends on the total weight of your order and the chosen destination.
- Free delivery from 150 € purchase in mainland France.
- International delivery possible; price varies according to Colissimo zone and package weight.
As each book has a specific weight, we accurately calculate the final weight of your order to display the correct delivery cost at the time of purchase.
Multiple controls
You can add several different books to a single order. They are printed at the same time, then grouped together in a single shipment to simplify receipt and optimize delivery costs.

You can receive your books anywhere in the world, directly to your home.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing your order details. Colissimo link and tracking code. You'll be kept informed every step of the way, right up to delivery.
A few days after receiving your parcel, we send you a satisfaction survey.
