Orders, lead times, production
When will I receive my book?
Our books are made to order within 5 working days, then dispatched according to the delivery method chosen. Allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery in mainland France.
Can I order several books at once?
Yes, you can create several different books or order multiple copies of the same book.
My book still hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check the order date, manufacturing time (5 working days) and shipping. If delivery time exceeds 12 working days, please contact us with your order number.
When are orders processed?
All orders, requests and exchanges are processed Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (France time), excluding public holidays. Outside these times, we respond as soon as we return. In the event of exceptional closures (e.g. vacations), information is posted on the site.

Can I modify an order that has already been validated?
As long as the proof is not validated, you can contact us for a modification. After validation, no modification will be possible.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout the European Union, with delivery charges adapted according to the destination country.
Personalization, proof and book content
Can I see a print preview?
Yes, a proof is sent to you before each print run. It must be validated before production can begin.
How do I choose which photos to send?
Choose a clear, bright, frontal photo, with no filters or distracting elements in front of the face. Avoid blurred or badly framed group photos.
How much time do I have to validate the proof?
You have 24 hours to validate or modify your proof. If there is no response, it is automatically validated, so as not to delay production.
Can I add more than one child to a story?
It all depends on the book you choose. Some are designed for a single child, others for two or three. This will be specified during the personalization process.

Can I choose the illustrations?
Illustrations are generated from the photos and information you provide. You do not choose the final image, but you can contact us if an illustration is not to your liking.
Can I write the story myself?
No, but you can customize many elements (names, places, objects, anecdotes). The story is then automatically generated to fit.
Returns, refunds and complaints
Can I retract my purchase?
No. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized books are neither exchangeable nor refundable except in the case of a defect.
What happens if I don't reply to the proof?
It is automatically considered validated after 24 hours, to guarantee optimum production times.
What should I do if my book is damaged?
Send us an e-mail with a photo of the defect, your order number, the name used and the e-mail address of purchase. If the defect is confirmed, a new copy will be sent free of charge.

I made a mistake in my first name. Can I correct it?
Should I return the defective book?
No. If your claim is accepted, you keep the book you received. No physical return is required.
Legal and technical issues
Can I reuse the text or images from my book elsewhere (social networks, blog, personal printing, etc.)?
You have every right to share or print your book for strictly personal or family use. However, commercial, public or editorial re-use (even partial) of the content (illustrations, texts, layout) is forbidden without our written consent. The book is customized for you, but the design, illustrations and texts remain protected by copyright.
How is intellectual property protected?
All content (text, visuals, AI, code) is protected. Reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

Which court should I contact in the event of a dispute?
The Paris Commercial Court has jurisdiction, except in the event of prior amicable settlement.
